Day-01 : Delhi
On
arrival at Delhi, our representative will assist you on transfer
to hotel. On reaching hotel, he will brief you tour program, hand-over
all important travel voucher/s & documents required during tour. Do
local sightseeing of must see tourist spots of bustling Delhi city.
Local sightseeing tour of Delhi can be divided into two phases: in
first phase visit old Delhi area which covers Red fort, Rajghat (place
where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated), Jama Masjid (mosque), rickshaw ride
of Chandini Chowk, Humayun Tomb etc. In next phase visit tourist spots
located in New Delhi area like India gate, Isckon temple, Qutab minar,
Laxmi narayan temple etc.

Day 02 : Delhi – Jaipur (265kms/06:00 hrs)
After
early morning breakfast, drive to pink city –Jaipur. On reaching Jaipur
city, check-in into hotel for refreshment. Rest of the at leisure, get
prepared for next day city tour. Evening can be spent by attending
evening aarti (worship) in famous temples of Jaipur city like Birla
temple, Govind Jee temple, Galtaji temple, etc., walk around Man-sagar
lake, taking dinner in heritage restaurants etc.

Day 03 : Jaipur
After morning breakfast, do local sightseeing of Jaipur city by visiting : Amer fort, city palace,
Hawa mahal, Gaitore, Jaigarh fort, Jantar-mantar observatory, Nahargarh fort etc.
Amer fort in Jaipur was built by King Mirja Raja Jai Singh & Sawai
Jai Singh-II (last king of fort Amer) in 1727. City palace in Jaipur
city is located in heart of city. It is a 7 storied Palace made in
Rajput and Mughal architecture with large halls, gardens, marble pawed
galleries etc. There is a museum also their which offers glimpse
of royal lifestyle of royal family like their costumes, arms,
furnitures, vessels etc. Hawa mahal was built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai
Pratap Singh, having 5 storied semi – octagonal building with 152
windows with balconies. Jantar mantar is a observatory built in 18th
century by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh-II.

Day 04 : Jaipur - Agra ( 225Kms )
After breakfast, drive towards the Agra city, doing enroute visit Fatehpur Sikhri.
Fatehpur Sikhri -
Built during the second half of the 16th century by the Emperor Akbar,
Fatehpur Sikri (the City of Victory) was the capital of the Mughal
Empire for 10 years.
On reaching Agra city, check-in into the hotel.

Day 05 : Agra
Day
will be special as we will visit 2 UNESCO World Heritage sites in which
one will be part of 7 wonders of world. Agra Fort & Taj Mahal will
be our destinations of the day. First we will visit to Taj Mahal is a
domed mausoleum built with marble stone. It took 20 years (1632-1653)
to 20000 workers to realize this dream. It is situated on the bank of
yamuna river. TAJ remains CLOSED ON EVERY FRIDAY. It
was built in the memory of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan’s wilfe Mumtaz
Mahal who died in Burhanpur town of Madhya Pradesh and initially buried
their. Red fort of Agra was capital of Mughals and about 2.5 kms from
Taj Mahal on the bank of Yamuna river. It current status was made
during rule of Shah Jahan. Last seven years of Shah Jahan was spent in
house arrest by Aurangzeb in one part of same fort.

Day 06 : Agra - Bhopal (07:00 hrs By Train)
After
breakfast, move to Agra Cantt railway station to board Shatabdi Train
for Bhopal city. On arrival at Bhopal city, you will be transferred to
hotel. After lunch at hotel, proceed for evening sightseeing of local
markets of Bhopal city.

Day-07 : Bhopal
After
Breakfast in hotel, proceed for sightseeing of Bhojpur temple having
largest shiva-linga of 7 ft. high. Bhojpur is a small town on the bank
of Betwa river. Temple is unique in many manner as massive stone blocks
were used in construction and was called Somnath Temple of East. After
visiting Bhojpur temple, proceed for Central India UNESCO World
Heritage site: Bhimbetka rock shelters. These rock-shelters offer
pre-historic rock paintings to examine. After Bhimbetka visit, return
back to hotel in Bhopal to have lunch. After lunch, we will go for
another Central India UNESCO World Heritage Site called Sanchi Stupa,
located at a distance of 45 kms from Bhopal city.

Day-08 : Bhopal – Ujjain - Indore
We
will begin our day with drive to holy city Ujjain (180kms/04:00hrs
drive). On reaching Ujjain, we will start our temples tour of Ujjain
city with the help of our Guide. Ujjain is an ancient city in
western Madhya Pradesh of Central India, on the bank of Kshipra river.
It is known as important pilgrimage city for followers of Hindu
religion. Mahakaleshwar temple of Ujjain is one of the 12 jyotirlinga
of India. Here Kumbh mela is held in every 12 years. Sandipani ashram
in city is known as school of Lord Krishna, Balrama & Sudama.
Places to visit in Ujjain are : Mahakaal temple, Ved Shala
(observatory), Sandipani ashram, Chintaman Ganesh temple, Iskcon
temple, Jain temples, Kalabhairav temple, Bhadrakali temple etc.
After completion of Ujjain sightseeing, we will move to hotel in industrial city Indore (65kms/01:30hrs).

Day-09 : Indore – Mandu (90kms/02:00hrs)
After
breakfast, leave for “City of Joy” called Mandu on 90 kms east of
Indore city. On reaching Mandu, appointed local guide will take us for
local sightseeing of Mandu city. Mandu in Dhar district of Madhya
Pradesh State in Central India, is a historical city. Mandu city is
stretched over13 kms belt on crest of Vindhya range, close to Narmada
river valley. History of Mandu goes back to 6th century. Monument in
Mandu were built in 14th & 15 century itself. Places to visit in
Mandu are: Roopmati pavallion, Buland Darwaza (Darwaza means Gate),
Jahaz Mahal, Hindola Mahal, Jami Masjid, Baz Bahadur Mahal, Rewa Kund,
Hoshang Shah Tomb, Echo point etc. Ideal Mandu sightseeing is two days
but must see points can be covered in single day sightseeing. Baobab
tree in Mandu is another amazing thing to watch as it is rarely seen in
India.

Day-10 : Mandu – Maheshwar (65kms/01:30hrs)
Begin
our day with half-day visit to monument left in first day sightseeing.
Later, after lunch drive towards pilgrimage town Maheshwar about 65kms
from Mandu. Do local sightseeing of holy town on the bank of Narmada
river. Maheshwar in west part of Madhya Pradesh State in Central
India. In Hindu religious books like Ramayan & Mahabharat, it is
referred by the name of Mahismati, capital of King Kartivarjun. Places
to visit in Maheshwar are :Maheshwar fort, Rajarajeshwara Temple,
Kaleshwara Temple, Narmada Ghats, manufacturing units of Maheshwari
Silk Sarees (Indian women traditional outfit) etc. Current Historical
look of Maheshwar was result of efforts of Holkar Queen – Rani
Ahilyabai in whose reign, many famous temples were constructed due to
her efforts.

Day-11 : Maheshwar – Omkareshwar – Jalgaon
We
will start the day with drive towards another beautiful holy island
town called Omkareshwar (80kms/02:00hrs). On reaching Omkareshwar, we
will do guided half day tour of the temples. It is at the confluence of
Narmada & Kaveri rivers. After having lunch in Omkareshwar, we move
towards Jalgaon city (270kms / 06:00hrs) for overnight stay. To reach
Jalgaon city, we will enter into Maharashtra state from Madhya Pradesh
state.

Day-12 : Jalgaon – Ajanta - Aurangabad
Day
will be dedicated tour of UNESCO World Heritage Site : Ajanta. It is
about 80 kms from Jalgaon city. Here we will do full day sightseeing go
Buddhist religious art with the help of our guide. Ajanta caves are
recognized by UNESCO in year 1983 (Ref. 242). Here we can find 30
rock-cut man-made caves, inside which we can find artistic pictures of
Lord Buddha’s life and Buddhism. These caves were discovered in April,
1819 by British officer Captain Smith when he was in Tiger trail.
Oldest cave was of 2nd BC and others are of Gupta period (5th AD to 6th
AD). Paintings and Sculptures in Ajanta are believed to the
masterpieces of Buddhist religious art. They had a considerable
artistic influence in work.
After Ajanta sightseeing, drive to another historical city Aurangabad (120kms / 03:00 hrs drive).

Day-13 : Aurangabad – Ellora - Mumbai
Start
the day with morning breakfast and then proceed for sightseeing of
another UNESCO World Heritage Site: Ellora monasteries & temples at
a distance of 35 kms / 01:00 hrs drive from Aurangabad city. We will do
the whole sightseeing with the help of our guide. Ellora
monasteries and temples were recognized as UNESCO World Heritage Site
in 1983 along with Ajanta caves. There are 34 monasteries and temples
in a stretch of 2 kms. These temples were dug in a side by side
fashion in a high basalt cliff in Chandranandri Hills. These monuments
were of age in between A.D. 600 to 1000. They were engraved
during the reign of Rashtrakuta rulers. These monasteries and temples
were of Buddhist (from 1-12), Hindu (from 13-29) and Jain (from 30-34)
religions.
Take lunch in Ellora and then spend the remaining time in shopping of
silk & cotton sarees or visiting monument/s in Aurangabad like
Bibi-ka-Makbara etc. Later, drive to Aurangabad airport to board flight
for Mumbai. On reaching Mumbai airport, drive to hotel.

Day – 14 : Mumbai – Departure
After
morning breakfast, move for city tour of hustling & bustling Mumbai
city. Places to see in Mumbai are: Gateway of India, Elephanta caves,
Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, Marine drive, Hanging garden etc. Later in evening, leave for
Mumbai International Airport to board flight for the way back to home
or next destination.
Throughout the tour, you will remain in our comfort zone & things will proceed as per plan.
